These past few weeks have been so busy and unreal. As soon as I finished midterms and came back from Thanksgiving break, I was hit with final projects, papers, and tests. All and all, it worked out just fine in the end. I got all my assignments in on time and actually did really well on them.
I also have really big news (well, “news” if you don’t know me): I’M OFFICALLY A COLLEGE GRADUATE. I graduated on Friday, which is strange for me to think about because that means I’m done with school. I honestly just feel like I’m on winter break, but I’m sure it will hit me in a few weeks. I’m not looking for my “big girl job” at the moment, I decided to give myself a couples months just to relax, enjoy the holidays, and get some serious blogging in before I start truly looking for a full time job. I have been pushing myself for years academically and professionally, and it’s time that I do some things that I want to do for myself that make me happy.
Some of the things I plan on doing:
Read a book. I’m thinking The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman.
Start my YouTube Channel. I know I have been saying it for months, but I’m actually going to start it in January.
Workout more often. I went to the gym for the first time in 6 weeks yesterday and I feel great because of it. I used to work out all the time when I lived downtown and I was always in a great mood. I’m excited to do this for myself again.
Do more photoshoots. I love doing photoshoots and I honestly haven’t had much time while I was in school. I’m trying to work on setting a few up now, and who knows, maybe I’ll try to sign again with a modeling agency in 2016.
Not complain. I don’t think I complain often, but I’m going to try to be more conscious of it and not do it at all if I can help it. I want to bring more positivity into my life.
Of course there are many other things I want to do, but those have been the ones I have wanted to do most lately. I’m still working my part-time job (which I love), so 100% of my time won’t be devoted to doing those things, but the free time I do have will be.
Anyway, thank you for reading this quick update on my life. It’s cool to know that people are interested in it! If you all have any questions or suggestions, just let me know!
