My Favorite Holiday Makeup Looks

I have been waiting patiently (okay, well maybe not so patiently) for the holiday season since August. The bows, glitter, Christmas music, and decorations have been streaming through my mind for months, and now that the holidays are finally here, I'm totally thrilled.

To get into the holiday spirit, I've been putting my holiday faces on...with makeup that is! Keep reading to see the looks that I've been favoring for the holiday season!

1. Bright Inner Corners.

For the past few weeks, I have been totally obsessing over bright inner corners for the holiday season. I either do mine like Blake Lively and throw a bright white shadow in the inner corner and halfway along the lower lash line, or I will pick up my favorite champagne glitter shadow, Midnight Cowboy Rides Again by Urban Decay, and do the same thing.

My favorites:

Urban Decay's Midnight Cowboy Rides Again

NYX's Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Milk"

2. Red Lips and Winged Liner

In my opinion, nothing screams "Christmas!" like a classic red lip and winged liner. This look is timeless and perfect for any occasion. The best part? It only takes maybe 3 minutes to do!

My favorites:

Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner in "Trooper" (Black)

Covergirl's Outlast All-Day Lipcolor in "Ever Red-dy"

3. Burgundy Lips and Contoured Cheeks

This has been the look that I have been wearing the most this week. I have not really been into eyeliner lately, so this has been my go-to. Since burgundy has been in for some time, people probably won't think you're trying to be super festive, but when you have your Ugly Christmas Sweater party and wear this lip to it, you'll be trendy and mildly festive.

My favorites:

MAC's Lipstick in "Dark Side"

Benefit Cosmetics' Hoola Matte Bronzer

4. Kylie's Signature Makeup

As weird as this may be, I've actually been loving Kylie's everyday makeup for the holidays. I think it's so pretty, natural, and timeless. Plus it photographs really nicely!

My favorites:

Too Faced's Better Than Sex Mascara

Buxom's Full Bodied Lipstick in "Two-Timer"

5. Rose Gold Eyes

Lately, I've been busting out my Naked 3 pallete again. I can't get enough of rose gold eyes for the holidays. I usually put Limit all over my lid, darken the crease with Nooner, and add Trick in the middle of my lid for a golden shine.

My favorite:

Urban Decay's Naked 3 Pallete
